I bring shame yet resolve



So...the fat-to-fit project was put on hold for a while due to a slipped disc. I've been slowly recovering and it's difficult to exersize. However, I'm slowly starting up again and will be posting things that I've done to help motivate me along the way.

Last night, I made "Lemon Chicken with Broccoli." It's a recipe that my friend Mary emailed me and it's from the weight watchers website! Yes, in fact it has come to this. The recipe was quite tasty. Lexia thought it was too lemony, but I enjoyed the strong lemon flavor. Here is the recipe:

Pair it with some cous cous and you're golden! I've also been cutting down on the sweet stuff at night. My downfall is at night! If I'm watching a show or something, I like to knock out a sleeve of Oreos or a pint of Ben and Jerrys haha...However, I've noticed that if I drink a glass of orange juice, it fills me up as well as curbs the desire to eat chocolaty treats.
